Vigilio is an autonomous disaster logistics and resilience operating system that coordinates emergency food, water, and medical deliveries during crisis situations. It connects food donors and medical hubs with volunteer delivery fleets, including local couriers and platforms like Swiggy and Zomato, to ensure relief supplies reach shelters safely without spoiling or being lost.

During disasters, traditional delivery efforts often fail because cooked meals spoil quickly, full shelters turn deliveries away, volunteers drop out mid-route, and raw supplies are sent to locations that lack clean cooking water. Vigilio solves these problems by using automated mathematical rule engines that monitor deliveries in real time and automatically fix issues before they cause waste.

The system enforces four primary automated safety playbooks:

1. Oversized Batch Splitting: Large food donations, such as 180 hot meals from a banquet hall, are automatically split into manageable delivery tickets capped at 40 meals per bicycle or motorcycle rider. The total quantity remains fully accounted for with zero loss.

2. Ghost Lease Revocation: If a volunteer claims a shipment but fails to confirm pickup before the timer hits zero, the reservation is automatically cancelled and the goods are returned to the available supply pool without double-booking.

3. In-Transit Rerouting: If a shelter fills to capacity while a courier is already on the road, Vigilio calculates the courier's remaining biological safety buffer and immediately redirects them to the closest open fallback shelter, preventing supplies from being dumped or spoiled.

4. Supply Dependency Guards: Shipments of raw rations that require cooking are automatically held at origin until remote sensors confirm that the receiving shelter has potable water online.

The platform provides a modern landing page, a command center dashboard with an orbital dial overview, an interactive live map with real-time GPS tracking of couriers and shelter capacities, a telemetry analytics view for monitoring biological food decay curves, and an append-only audit ledger with cryptographic SHA-256 verification hashes for transparent record keeping.
