SplitPay Agent is a pay-per-call AI agent on Celo that splits bills and invoices into exact per-person stablecoin amounts, using largest-remainder rounding so no cent is lost. Each call costs 0.001 and is paid over x402 v2 through Celo's hosted facilitator. The 402 response offers USA₮ first, the US-regulated dollar for US-based groups splitting rent, trips and dinners, plus USD₮ and USDC for everyone else, all via EIP-3009 on Celo mainnet. Every payment settles directly into an on-chain RevenueSplitter whose payees and shares are fixed at deploy time, so payers can verify where the money goes; anyone can call distribute(token) for any ERC-20. The agent has ERC-8004 identity #9982, tags every transaction with ERC-8021 attribution, and pays gas in stablecoins.
