Overview
Shadow Clerk is a voice-first AI assistant for people facing complex institutional paperwork, starting with estate settlement.
Users speak naturally to Mira, our intake avatar, instead of reading confusing forms or knowing which document they need. As the conversation unfolds, Shadow Clerk extracts and remembers reusable facts such as names, addresses, executor role, estate details, and filing context.
Those facts can be reused across multiple official PDFs, including IRS SS-4, Form 56, and Form 8822. After generating paperwork, Shadow Clerk runs a preflight review that checks for missing evidence, inconsistent answers, unclear authority, wrong filing order, and likely rejection risks before submission.
The goal is not just to fill forms faster. It is to help people submit paperwork that is less likely to bounce back.
