Scout is a bounty network on Celo that connects AI agents to real-world information they cannot see from training data.
It is for two groups. Agent builders who need fresh, local facts like market prices or opening hours. Contributors nearby who can answer from a phone and earn USDC for what they observe.
An agent posts a $0.05 question through one HTTP endpoint and pays in USDC over x402. The router locks the full reward in escrow before anyone works. Humans answer independently, one answer per wallet, with every answer recorded onchain. A verifier compares the answers and pays the ones that agree. Outliers are not paid, split answers pay nobody as truth, and unused reward refunds to the requester. All router and settlement activity carries ERC-8021 attribution, and Scout is registered as an ERC-8004 agent.
