Route2Root is a real-time civic logistics platform that connects food donors, volunteer riders, and shelters to redistribute surplus food and essential aid safely. It coordinates donations, matches supply with shelter demand, assigns riders according to transport capacity, tracks delivery deadlines, and helps recover deliveries when riders become unresponsive or shelters no longer need supplies. Its goal is to reduce food waste, prevent unsafe deliveries, and ensure aid reaches the people who need it.
