Overview
ResilienceLogix is a real-time civic micro-logistics platform built for surplus donors, volunteer two-wheeler riders, and emergency relief shelters to eliminate the last-mile spoilage trap during urban crises. It automatically divides bulk expiring supplies (like 180 hot meals) into capacity-safe scooter manifests, uses deadman heartbeat leases to instantly revoke stalled ghost reservations, dynamically reroutes riders mid-flight if a shelter suddenly fills up, and blocks incompatible aid (such as formula sent to sites without clean water). By treating time, vehicle payload, and human unreliability as active variables, it prevents safe aid from rotting at donor gates and guarantees zero spoiled food reaches vulnerable populations.
