Overview

Open Rails Data Agent is a pay-as-you-go data API for Celo, built as a single Cloudflare Worker. Any caller hits GET /celo/block and receives a 402 with an x402 payment requirement (USDC, USDT or USAT on Celo). The caller pays in the same request and gets live chain data back. The agent is registered on-chain with Celo attribution tag celo_d77d36f60ddb (wallet 0x5a8DbD4788584f9C4B59eB64087a1A18fc2f7952) and discovers + pays other x402 agents the same way (Build with buy): it makes paid calls to third-party services and settles in stablecoins through Celo's x402 facilitator, so agents can compose into an economy where data, compute and inference are bought and sold programmatically.
