Mermail gives AI agents hosted email inboxes they can create and use through a wallet-bound API. Agents can send email, read messages, and manage drafts without a separate API key.
The Celo integration accepts x402 payments in USDC and USDT on Celo mainnet. Inbox creation is priced at 2 tokens and email sending at 0.01 tokens. Reads and drafts use signed zero-value requests. Payment records and onchain receipt checks protect against duplicate settlement and fulfillment during retries.
Celo payment challenges and signed free requests have been verified in production. Funded settlement has not yet been tested. This submission concerns the Celo integration into the existing Mermail product.
