Overview

LAST-MILE is a smart food rescue and micro-logistics platform that connects restaurants with surplus food, volunteer riders, and shelters in need. It uses time-aware dispatch, automatic donation splitting, rider timeout recovery, and dynamic shelter rerouting to help deliver food safely before it expires and reduce food wastage.
