Overview

LAST-MILE is an operations dashboard prototype for coordinating surplus food and essential aid. Teams can record donation batches, volunteers, and shelter demand, view their network on a map, and generate deadline- and capacity-aware dispatch recommendations. This demo stores records in the browser; live routing and backend persistence are future work.
