impay is an invoice agent for freelancers who get paid across borders, starting with LatAm. A freelancer types one sentence in Telegram: "charge Marco 500 BRL for the logo, due Friday", and impay turns it into a typed invoice, buys its own sanctions screening and FX cross-check per invoice over x402 on Celo, and mints a pay page anyone can open.
The payer sends a plain stablecoin transfer (USA₮, USDC, or in-kind wBRL with a prefilled Ripio on-ramp) and the invoice settles by itself when Celo proves the payment, no confirm button.
One verifier decides "paid": the transaction must not be initiated by the payee, and the amount must match within 5%. A public /proof page re-derives every claim from the chain and labels our own test payments as builder-funded.
