The platform intelligently matches available donations with shelter requirements, coordinates deliveries, and distributes large orders among multiple riders when needed. Its smart dispatch system helps volunteers accept delivery requests, estimates safe delivery windows, and supports dynamic reassignment when traffic or other delays occur. If a shelter cannot accept a delivery, AidFlow helps identify an alternative destination.
