AidFlow is a smart last-mile aid coordination platform that connects food donors, delivery riders, and shelters to reduce food waste and improve aid distribution. It intelligently allocates surplus food based on rider capacity, delivery deadlines, and shelter requirements. AidFlow handles unexpected challenges such as unresponsive riders, changing shelter demands, and resource incompatibility by supporting safe reassignment, redirection, and dispatch validation. Our mission is to transform surplus into meaningful support through technology, smarter logistics, and human collaboration.
