Overview
Every year, lakhs of Indian students spend 2 years preparing for JEE and NEET. And every year, someone leaks the paper before the exam even starts. 70+ times in 10 years. Not because students are weak — because the system trusts humans too much.
I built the Zero-Trust Exam Security Agent — a fully autonomous pipeline powered by OpenAI Codex that removes the human from every critical decision point. Codex doesn't just generate the exam paper here. Codex also judges it, rejects it if quality fails, and forces itself to do better. Two separate Codex agents work in a loop — one creates, one criticizes — until the paper is good enough. Only then does a human see it. And even then, they only click Approve. That's it. 2 clicks. Everything else is Codex.
