How was your experience building with Codex?

The Codex environment provided excellent tooling and context management for this complex multi-agent AI project. The ability to access project documentation, code analysis tools, and maintain persistent memory across conversations significantly accelerated development.

Describe your experience using Loops House as the hackathon platform. What worked well, what challenges (if any) did you face, and what improvements would you like to see?

What Worked Well: Comprehensive Context Management: The detailed project context files provided complete understanding of TenderPilot 2.0's architecture, requirements, and design specifications Integrated Development Tools: Access to VS Code extensions, terminal management, and code analysis tools streamlined the development workflow Memory System: The ability to store and retrieve project-specific knowledge helped maintain consistency across different aspects of the platform Multi-language Support: Seamless handling of both Python (FastAPI backend) and TypeScript (React frontend) development Challenges Faced: Context Switching: Managing between backend and frontend development environments required frequent terminal context changes Tool Integration: Some specialized tools for AI agent orchestration weren't immediately available in the environment Documentation Overload: The extensive project documentation was comprehensive but sometimes difficult to navigate for quick reference Improvements I'd Like to See: Better Project Structure Visualization: A visual diagram or dependency map of the TenderPilot 2.0 architecture would help understand the multi-agent system better Enhanced Code Generation Templates: Pre-built templates for common TenderPilot components (agents, workflows, API endpoints) would accelerate development Integrated Testing Framework: Built-in test generation and execution tools specifically for AI agent workflows and tender evaluation logic Real-time Collaboration Features: Enhanced collaboration tools for multiple developers working on different aspects of the platform simultaneously
