Overview

Humans were never meant to consume as much information as they do today in the age of AI and social media. Tangent Flux is an AI-native memory platform for people facing cognitive overload, or what we call analysis paralysis: collecting endless ideas but struggling to turn them into work.

Instead of becoming another note-taking app, Tangent Flux lets users dump raw thoughts, rough architectures, tweets, papers, links, and references into one evolving idea graph.

Most tools help you store information. Tangent Flux helps you think with it. Built with agents using the OpenAI Agents SDK and powered by OpenAI embedding models, the platform maps how your ideas connect, where they conflict, and what they collectively point toward.

Its cognitive agent is built around Accommodation and Assimilation, the mechanisms by which humans form new understanding. It can cluster concepts, trace relationships, surface hidden bridges between domains, and generate buildable project directions from your memory graph.

Ask what to build next, which direction to pursue, or whether an idea is genuinely novel. Tangent Flux does not just retrieve your notes. It uses graph- based memory to reason with your ideas and help you create.
