Suraksha Setu

Suraksha Setu helps authorities issue emergency alerts, coordinate evacuations, manage disaster response and support affected communities through recovery, closing the gap between authorities and citizens during critical situations. Hazard tracking runs off an interactive horizontal scrubber driven by satellite keyframes capturing event onset, data gaps and peak footprint, with numeric and visual confidence indicators and an explicit banner warning whenever satellite coverage is missing and the model is interpolating. A rule-based decision generator calculates the nearest safe relief shelters with available capacity and routing vectors, but every action card requires explicit commander review - approve, edit directives or reject - and unapproved recommendations stay labelled as draft. Geospatial analysis via Turf.js computes flooded area in hectares and identifies at-risk hospitals and submerged roads, while a timestamped audit stream logs every timeline scrub, plan generation, approval and alert dispatch.
