Sudarshan AI is a WhatsApp-first assistant that turns a fraud victim's panicked message into a ready-to-file cyber-crime complaint — in English, Hindi or Marathi, within minutes of losing money. When a victim messages, the system extracts exactly five fields a complaint needs — transaction UTR, bank, scammer identifier, name, amount — each with a confidence score and the exact quote it came from. A deterministic rules engine then computes completion percentage, urgency and ordered next steps from unit-tested formulas; no LLM ever writes advice the victim reads. Every reply comes from reviewed copy templates, and redaction strips OTPs, PINs, CVVs and card numbers before a single byte reaches the model. The output is an assisted filing package: an editable complaint draft, a bank-freeze request and paste-ready instructions for cybercrime.gov.in and the 1930 helpline — the victim still files, Sudarshan never does. A live dashboard tracks the report with real-time updates.
