Overview
Last-mile autos from Pune Metro stations are expensive when you ride alone, and strangers going the same way never find each other. Saath is built for every station on the Pune Metro network: each station gets its own QR board at the exit, and riders scan it and pick where they're going. Saath matches people whose directions are within 45° of each other into groups of up to 3, and shows each person their share of one metered fare. Drivers open driver mode, see ready groups, and the first to accept gets the ride. Vanaz and Ramwadi are live today, and more stations can be added as configuration. Built with Next.js on Vercel and Neon Postgres, it's a mobile-first PWA with live updates and a Playwright end-to-end test suite.
