Urban management and municipal governance suffer from fragmented reporting channels that delay resolution of critical public issues. NAGRIK AI provides a real-time unified platform pairing a dedicated Civic Officer Dashboard with a scalable backend API, letting municipal authorities monitor, process and resolve civic complaints while tracking resource allocation against sustainable development goals. Citizens submit issues to a Node.js and Express engine that validates and routes each request into a data store; officers review and update status from the dashboard, and resolution metrics render as real-time SDG tracking analytics. The front end is built with Vite and vanilla ES6+ JavaScript over REST APIs.
