MetroMind — Your Intelligent Copilot for Pune Metro 🚇

MetroMind is an AI-powered urban mobility platform designed to make commuting across Pune smarter, easier, and more informed. It helps commuters plan journeys based on arrival deadlines, budget, crowd preferences, and accessibility needs while providing explainable route recommendations and adapting to simulated metro disruptions.

The platform integrates five modules: Commute Copilot for intelligent journey planning, CrowdCast for community-powered crowd insights, Rescue Grid for safety incident reporting and prioritization, Station Guide for station information and accessibility guidance, and Community Connect for lost and found, last-mile travel matching, and station events.

Built around a shared mobility data system, MetroMind combines route optimization, crowd intelligence, transparent recommendations, and community support in one unified experience. Its prototype includes simulated disruptions and demo datasets, with an AI explanation layer designed to fall back to rule-based recommendations when the AI service is unavailable.
