Passengers can explore supported metro lines and stations, compare available routes based on travel time, walking distance, transfers, and accessibility information, and follow clear navigation instructions from station entrances to ticketing areas, platforms, interchanges, and exits. QR-based station identification can help passengers establish a known starting point in locations where GPS may be unreliable indoors.

The platform also features an AI navigation companion designed to explain route instructions in simple language and assist passengers who are lost or need help finding their way.
