MetroMate — Your Smart Pune Metro Journey Planner

MetroMate is a smart, user-friendly journey-planning web application designed to simplify daily commuting across Pune. It helps commuters find metro routes between stations through an intuitive interface, with features such as station search, route planning, voice commands, and spoken guidance.

The project aims to make public transport easier to understand and navigate, especially for students, daily commuters, and people unfamiliar with Pune Metro routes. Its modern, dark-themed interface provides a clear and accessible experience, while its modular design allows future integration of verified bus connections, nearby stations, saved journeys, and first- and last-mile transport options.

MetroMate focuses on providing useful journey information based on available, verified station and route data rather than displaying unsupported travel estimates or connections.
