Overview
What We Built ???? Horizon is an autonomous enterprise infrastructure recovery and resilience platform that bridges the gap between infrastructure observability and intelligent, governed recovery. Built at the intersection of Indian AI, blockchain technology, and distributed systems engineering, Horizon combines Sarvam AI-powered multilingual intelligence with MST Blockchain-based cryptographic governance to transform disaster recovery into a deterministic, auditable, and human-supervised process. Its core recovery engine models infrastructure dependencies as Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs), applying Kahn's Topological Sorting algorithm to calculate mathematically ordered recovery sequences, analyze blast radius, and orchestrate phased system restoration.
Who It Is For ???? Horizon is designed for cloud-native startups, enterprise Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps teams, regulated BFSI and FinTech institutions, HealthTech and GovTech platforms, e-commerce enterprises, and managed service providers operating mission-critical distributed infrastructure. It particularly serves engineering organizations facing complex microservice dependencies, prolonged outages, lean on-call teams, regulatory accountability, and the need for secure, locally adaptable infrastructure operations.
What It Does ?? Horizon continuously monitors infrastructure health, detects failures, maps service dependencies, identifies cascading impact, and generates recovery playbooks with dependency-aware execution ordering. Low-risk recovery actions can execute autonomously, while critical operations, including database failovers and stateful infrastructure mutations, require cryptographic human authorization through EIP-712 wallet signatures. MST Blockchain integration enables tamper-evident audit verification through cryptographic hash and Merkle root anchoring, while Sarvam AI enables multilingual operational interaction and natural-language architecture-to-recovery pipeline generation. This approach aims to reduce recovery time, minimize cascading failures, strengthen operational accountability, and make sophisticated infrastructure automation accessible to multilingual engineering teams.
Business Model and Value Proposition ?? Horizon follows a hybrid enterprise SaaS and developer-platform business model, combining recurring subscription revenue, enterprise licensing, usage-based AI and platform add-ons, and a future recovery playbook marketplace. Its proposed monetization strategy includes tiered subscriptions, dedicated and on-premises enterprise deployments, API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) access, and optional Web3-enabled subscription mechanisms. Through product-led onboarding, developer ecosystem integrations, enterprise partnerships, and direct B2B sales, Horizon targets organizations seeking measurable improvements in infrastructure resilience, operational efficiency, and recovery governance. Its proposed competitive differentiation lies in integrating deterministic graph-based recovery, cryptographic authorization, multilingual AI, and blockchain-verifiable auditability within an India-oriented technology platform.
Vision ?? Horizon aims to advance India's sovereign technology ecosystem by bringing together Indian AI innovation, India-built blockchain infrastructure, and enterprise-grade engineering into a globally relevant resilience platform. By combining intelligent automation with verifiable human oversight, Horizon aspires to make infrastructure recovery faster, safer, more transparent, and more accessible across industries.
Future Plan... We are building this Horizon project as the potential startup with registered patent, with industry partners aligning for early to mid range startups we are reforming our product to be most viable into the agentic Era.
