The problem: Pune Metro solves the main journey, but the first and last few kilometres are still painful. Commuters don’t know whether to take a bus, auto, cab or walk. Auto fares are uncertain, waiting times are invisible, and apps simply route you to the nearest stop, even when a stop one station earlier or later would be cheaper or faster.

Our solution: ExitSmart takes you from your starting point to your final destination, door to door. It suggests the best entry and exit stops (not just metro stations, but also bus stops and auto stands), compares PMPML buses, shared and metered autos, cabs and walking, and ranks the results as Cheapest, Fastest and Most Convenient. If a different entry or exit saves you money or time, an “Exit Smart” banner shows exactly how much. Users can override any stop and see the results update instantly.

What makes it different: it optimises the stops, not just the route. It also shows a fair auto fare based on the Maharashtra RTO tariff, supports Rain and Night modes, and is transparent about every number, with each estimate labelled as real, formula-based, estimated or hardcoded.
