Additional info

How was your experience building with Codex?

Codex was a great experience, with the new plan and goal modes which let us run long running sessions with proper feedback and loops. We were able to hand over design as well with plugins like Superpowers. Overall great.

Describe your experience using Loops House as the hackathon platform. What worked well, what challenges (if any) did you face, and what improvements would you like to see?

Used it to submit the hackathon mainly as the work was in codex mainly, The submissions were smooth.

Tell us about your overall experience at Codex Community Hackathon Pune.

Glad to see such tech based initiatives in the city. Will be very helpful to foster a tech community.

What could Codex Community improve to create a better experience for participants?

Like every first of a kind event, minor things in the organization can be improved.

Overview

Corvin helps product managers safely request, review, and ship small product changes across multi-repo apps.

The application starts from an engineering-owned exec.md file, which describes the repositories involved in a product workspace, what each repository does, how each service installs and runs, what the required environment variables are, and local run notes. Once setup is ready, the product manager can submit a change request, such as a checkout copy update, bug fix, or product idea. Corvin captures the request, prepares repository context, shows job logs, and exposes the current state of the workflow through a dashboard.

Corvin also includes integration surfaces for WhatsApp and GitHub. WhatsApp can act as a message-based entry point for product requests.

The app performs real repository editing, branch creation, and production deployment. Its functional focus is the product workflow: reducing engineering interruption by making small product changes visible, reviewable, and promotable by a PM without requiring them to become a local development expert.
