Community Redressal Planner

Team 404 Name Not Found's entry for the SDG track builds a multilingual, privacy-aware civic redressal system that turns resident complaints into deduplicated, prioritised and accountable workflows with transparent status, escalation and measurable service-level outcomes. Complaint text, GPS and location data, and image and video evidence are stored in Firebase, with complaint records written to a Firestore collection and uploaded files kept in Firebase Storage under per-report paths. Phone OTP login is handled through Firebase Authentication. For local demos the app degrades gracefully, falling back to a local JSON database and browser storage whenever Firebase is unconfigured or unavailable.
