Community Redressal Planner

A multilingual, privacy-aware civic grievance redressal platform that lets citizens report community issues and helps authorities route, manage and resolve them through transparent workflows. Citizens authenticate by phone OTP and register complaints with media uploads; authorities log in under role-based access to handle department routing, complaint assignment and status updates. The system tracks complaints in real time, monitors SLAs with automatic escalation, sends notifications, and surfaces an analytics dashboard, with privacy controls and audit logging throughout. It is built on React with a FastAPI and Python backend, using PostgreSQL and Supabase for data, authentication and storage.
