Community Redressal Planner

Community Redressal Planner turns resident complaints into deduplicated, prioritised and accountable workflows with transparent status updates, escalation paths and measurable service-level outcomes. Residents report infrastructure, sanitation, safety and local service gaps in multiple languages, with personal data automatically redacted to prevent public doxxing. AI extracts entities such as location, urgency and category, semantically clusters duplicate complaints and routes tasks to the appropriate municipal department without replacing human oversight. Operations teams get interactive geographic hotspot maps, SLA risk tracking, audit logs and human override controls, with fairness across neighbourhoods treated as an explicit design goal. The backend runs on Node.js and Express with MongoDB and a configurable OpenAI-compatible LLM endpoint.
