Community Redressal Planner

An enterprise-grade civic operating system bridging citizens and municipal governance through an AI classification engine, GIS spatial analytics and an automated SLA escalation engine. Citizens file complaints through multi-channel intake with geo-location detection, photo attachments and category tagging, authenticate passwordlessly via OTP, track status in real time using unique tracking IDs, and view an interactive GIS map colour-coded by complaint state. Officers and administrators get an AI priority and sentiment engine that calculates urgency scores, suppresses duplicates and routes by category; an officer workstation for managing assignments, SLA status and reassignment; an analytics tower covering resolution rates, department throughput, heatmaps and breach alerts; and a dynamic SLA matrix with automated timers and escalation tracking. Built on Next.js 14, React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind and Leaflet.
