Bursar is an autonomous agent on Filecoin Onchain Cloud that reads its own balance and runway on Filecoin Pay, then decides with no human in the loop whether its storage is still worth paying for. When money gets tight it doesn't just top up: it reads the PDP proving record for every provider it pays, terminates the rails of providers that stopped proving possession, and funds only the data that is genuinely being kept. The decision is the product, not the transaction.
