AE-03 - Unified Agentic AI Orchestrator

AE-03 is a control plane and execution engine for multi-agent AI. Users configure a commercial or local LLM, describe a high-level goal in natural language, and the system compiles it into a typed Directed Acyclic Graph of specialised autonomous agents that can execute sequentially or in parallel. Each agent runs with isolated state, strict security guardrails, token budgets and real-time observability, so workflow state, permissions and verification are visible rather than implied. The project targets a gap in existing AI applications, which typically expose a single model with tool wrappers but provide no reliable control plane for coordinating multiple specialised agents, leaving workflow creation manual and fragmented.
